Notice for change of sales policy
Dear Bimongdoll fans,
I have few announcements regarding the sales policy.
1. Our current sales policy is “Order then Production” and it takes approximately 50 business to complete the production. If Face Up option is added then 15 business days additional.
Due to the complicated nature of production process (casting, molding and cloning are all done separately), actual delivery took very long.
The delay in the process made extremely difficult to respond to clients’ request for prompt delivery and also a long waiting time.
To address this situation we are changing our sales policy to production prior to take orders. New policy would allow the dolls to be shipped out as orders are made.
The new policy will be implemented starting December 1, 2011.
2. Based on the new policy current online sale will be closed as of October 5th, 2011.
As new plan we are getting ready to present new version of Narin/Narae 65cm. The new sales policy will apply to Narin/Narae 65cm as well.
3. Current outstanding orders will be mailed out soon.
The oldest incomplete order is from 01/11/2011.
For few reasons, such as rescuing fraud cases from Dollfair and
production of Special Event items, the normal production line had been delayed more than expected.
Please accept my apologies and we are currently working hard to fulfill your orders.
I would really appreciate if you could understand and allow us more time.
