Помните в июне Bluefairy возмутились коммерческими рисунками с лицами их кукол? (было тут) Так вот теперь они пытаются принять решение забить или пилить дальше. На эту тему у них целая простыня которую я сломалась переводить и привожу как есть

Hello all,

Below is the final negotiation submitted from the counterparty.

Counterparty : to stop total artworks which have been caused the issues.
Bluefairy : to delete all the posts regarding the tracing and never mention again.

The counterparty is holding the postion that he is not going to apologize for this because he does not admit his faults.

Thus, we need to choose one decision from below two options:

1. to close the case with the result of prohibiting the sale of the issued artworks even without the apology.
2. to keep the issue until getting the apology.

In case of option #2, the negotiation would break down and he will keep selling the artworks.

Before we make the decision, would like to listen your opinions especially from who are thinking his photos have been used by the counterparty without permission. Because not only Bluefairy's photos, but customers' photos are also included in the issued artworks.

We are going to reflect the customers' opinion with priority for the final decision.

Please send us the opinion until Oct 9th 5PM. Additional e-mail will be delivered to those customers with details.
