This is Eusapia the demon! She stalks winter forests leaving mysterious melted hoof prints in the fresh snow. If she visits your camp at night , offering her a gift of meat or wine will ensure your safety. If it's an especially good gift she will leave her furred traveling cloak with you to keep warm for the night, the cloak will disappear at dawn. If you fail to offer a gift Eusapia will bring a sleepless night full of nightmares to the camp. It pays to be generous and think of others... especially when they are crabby forest demons.
This is my first jointed doll project, an undertaking that's taken quite some time to create! While i am very happy with the result , there are some adjustments im going to make with the next cast. This version of Eusapia is a bit of a prototype , something i want to be open and honest about to the buyer. There are a few small pinholes in the cast and the leather suede in the joints is not as cleanly done as I'd like ( first time isnt going to be perfect! ) Overall i think she's great but being my first cast, is not 100%.
Eusapia stands well on her own but i would use a stand to display her since she's a tiny bit unstable in this casting.
This doll is one of a kind, cast in resin, sealed with Mr. Super Clear. Glass eyes are fixed in the head and her mohair is glued on instead of using a doll wig ( this doll isnt really meant to be customized, more as a stand alone art piece) She does have a removable head cap that is held on with strong magnets. You can remove it to restring her. She is entirely hand painted and blushed in addition to sporting some eye catching iridescent skin accents.
Eusapia will come with her (faux) fur traveling cloak and necklace. She will be shipped strung in a cloth bag ( and padding of course) with a small monster face medallion marking her as one of my original artist dolls. Please treat her with care and gently wipe with a slightly damp cloth if she gets smudged or dirty.

Leg length: 8" hip joint top to hoof
This doll uses the ball joint doll method of elastic tension to hold the joints. Please familiarize yourself with this style of doll before buying her! You will have to restring her at some point to keep her joints tight! It's very easy but please consult restringing tutorials before attempting it.
